Once a deposit is received via debit card or credit card, funds will normally be available for use within minutes. However, this can be longer on rare occasions. To protect our customers, some deposits may be delayed while we verify their validity.
For security reasons, we only allow 3 deposits per day.
If you deposit using bank transfer, the funds will not be available in your account until we have received the funds from your bank. This will usually take between a few working hours (possibly same day) and 3 working days. The time depends entirely on your bank.
This also means that deposits using bank transfer on a weekend or outside of banking hours cannot be credited to your card until the next bank working day at the earliest.
